Yesterday we looked at Tony Robbins’s surefire success recipe to create the results we want in our successful weight management quest. Today we are zooming in on the first and most important step….raising our belief system of what is possible for us. You raise your belief by setting a clear intention of results. See the results and be clear on them. Most importantly: Believe that you will achieve them.
A big part of successful weight management is to set your weight loss intention for the month. How many kilograms do you intend to lose during the next 30 days? Now write that down. (Do not worry about the how right now.) The most important thing right now is for you to believe that it is indeed possible for YOU to achieve the intended results you have set.
If you do not believe that you will receive the intended result, or your belief level is very low, you simply won’t be able to tap into your potential to lose the intended weight. YOU HAVE TO START YOUR SUCCESSFUL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT THE RIGHT WAY.
