Is there a rhythm to losing weight?
The rhythm of life seems to be up and down. Day – up. Night – down. High tide. Low tide. My Herbalife reshaping challenge is falling nicely in rhythm! Yes, my results are up and down!
My Tanita Body Scanner results this morning, 1 February 2023, are:
- Weight 100.8 kg (up by 200g; over all down 1.7kg)
- Body fat percentage 32.4% (up by 1.9%; over all down 2.1%)
- Body fat mass 32.7 kg (up by 2.1kg; over all down by 700g)
- Visceral fat 16 (up1)
- Body water percentage 47.6% (down by 0.9%; over all down by 0.8%)
- Muscle mass 64.8 kg (down by 1.7 kg; over all down by 700g)
- Metabolic age 68 (same)
These results mimic my results of two days ago.
My healthy habits that are busy forming, and which I worked on yesterday, are pretty good. Yesterday I had 2 Herbalife shakes for the day, drank my tablets 3 times a day and had one normal meal. I thought I drank enough water but perhaps I should keep better track of that. However, I’m not hitting my protein targets. Hopefully my Herbalife protein supplements which I ordered this morning will arrive quickly!
I also exercised well yesterday. I did a shoulder stabilization workout for about 30 min; had a 30 minute spin bike session in the late afternoon and swam 50 laps (10m) in the pool.
Maybe the rhythm of my results will reflect yesterday’s hard work tomorrow???
