There is simply not enough hours in the day to focus, really focus on more than about a half a dozen things. The key is to identify the few things that will make most difference, and make sure they get priority.
What are the few things in living a healthy life every day that you need to focus on?
* Breath fresh air
* Drink fresh water (about 2l per day)
* Use good quality supplements to feed your body what it needs on a daily basis
* Sleep
* Exercise (about 20 min a day)
Now, for each area of your life, pick the few things that make most difference and do it well.
