Body Reshaping with Herbalife and Exercise

Thanks for checking in on me today. A challenge like this can be daunting at times when you do it on your own and your support means the world to me.

I can highly recommend this sixty day body reshaping challenge using Herbalife nutrition products and exercise to anyone that needs it. I’m living proof that it works. It improves your health and well-being, energy levels and mindset. I couldn’t ask for more.

However, if you want to do it, and if you have a few buddies that want to do it with you, grinding alongside you, going through the same stuff you go through, like the body detoxing in the beginning, the getting used to your new healthier habits, exercising together, it would be a lot easier on your mind, than going it alone. Knowing that you are not alone in your quest encourages you when the going gets tough. That’s probably why gyms and fit clubs work so well, compared to having the discipline to exercise on your own.

This morning, looking at my latest Tanita stats, I stand in awe of the fat burning that is currently going on. You would notice that I did not burn fat like this in the beginning; not at all. It’s as if going through the process day by day, I primed my body for better and better fat burning. Now it feels like my body is a fat burning machine. In case it’s just a hot streak, I’m going to try and replicate every day what I did the previous day and just keep on going. Have a look:

  • Weight 97.3 kg (down 300g from yesterday; over all down 5.2kg)
  • Body fat percentage 26.5% (down 0.2% from yesterday; over all down 7.3%)
  • Body fat mass 25.8 kg (down by 1.8kg from yesterday; over all down by 9.4kg)
  • Visceral fat 13 (same as yesterday; overall 3 down)
  • Body water percentage 50.6% (up 0.1% from yesterday; over all up by 2.2%)
  • Muscle mass 68kg (same as yesterday; over all up by 2.5kg)
  • Metabolic age 58 (same as yesterday; overall down 10 yrs)

Happiness is approaching your goals with purpose.

As you can see, although I’ve come a long way, there is still a LONG way ahead of me.
