Measurements after two weeks
This morning was measurement day. Two weeks in. Nothing spectacular; just slow and steady progress. Oh, and yeah, I’m down under a 100kg’s again! Let’s go!
Here are my body measurements as at 7 February 2023, taken at 7h35 am:
- chest (over the nipples) 115cm (overall 2cm down)
- waist (over the navel) 113 cm (overall 3 cm down)
- hips (20cm down from my navel, legs together) 113cm (overall 1 cm down)
- the “roll” (5cm below my navel) 112 cm (overall 4cm down)
So overall, I’ve lost 10cm in two weeks time. Every little bit helps.
Tanita was very predictable this morning. I think I have figured her out. 🙂
These are my Tanita Body Scanner results of this morning at 7.22 am:
- Weight 99.3 kg (down 800g; over all down 3.2kg)
- Body fat percentage 32.1% (down by 0.1%; over all down 2.4%)
- Body fat mass 31.8 kg (down by 400g; over all down by 1.8kg)
- Visceral fat 16 (same)
- Body water percentage 47.7% (same; over all down by 0.7%)
- Muscle mass 64.1 kg (down by 400g; over all down by 1.4kg)
- Metabolic age 68 (same)
So this is week 3. No more excuses. By now I know more or less what I should and shouldn’t do. It now comes down to the grind. Just doing it every day; day by day; over and over….honing in on the healthy habits that will carry me to my new happier, healthier lifestyle.
