We should all cultivate a healthy love hate relationship with food.

Day 30: A Love hate relationship with food
The crux is this. Love people and hate things. Love all people, even yourself, even if you do things that are bad. Hate the bad things you do. Hate the bad eating habits you have. Hate the bad exercise habits you have.
But love yourself. Love life. Love all people. A good love hate relationship with food means you love yourself enough to eat the food that is good for you. Eat only foods that serves you well. Do not eat junk. You will just resent it later, and so you should. As a matter of fact, you should hate it.
Learn to hate bad food with a passion. (It’s okay, food is a thing, you are allowed to hate things.)
Love good nutrition. Love Herbalife. Love your new healthy body.
