Living in the moment is a skill we should all cultivate. When you are tuned into the moment, you will notice things that you otherwise do not notice.
You will experience things you otherwise will not experience. You will get much more from the day and from what you do.

If you live in the moment you will cheat less, live more healthy and be more happy
If you are on a healthy living program, weight loss program or exercise program for example, living in the moment will help you to be more effective.
You will simply get more from every experience. Your happiness will increase and you will go to bed at night feeling satisfied that you truly made the most of that day. All by just focusing on living in the moment.
It is not something you will get right straight away. Each day that you consciously focus on living in the moment more and more, will help you to become better at it. It must become a habit.
