Kudos to whomever started the keep calm and movement. Your ability to keep your cool when your blood is boiling does not come naturally. It is to be mastered.
You have complete control of your emotions. That means you decide how you want to “be”.
Do you want to be angry, then be angry. But know this. Nobody made you angry but yourself. Nobody makes you happy either.
You make yourself happy or angry or sad or whatever emotion you can think off.
Whatever emotion you display, is controlled by your subconscious mind.
If you therefore want to change your reactional behaviour, you need to cultivate the habit of controlling your emotions at all time.
The more self-control you can display, the more masterful you will become.
Be a master of self. It starts with this great slogan…. KEEP CALM.
