Here are this morning’s Tanita Body Scanner results as at 7.38am:

• Weight 95.6 kg (same as yesterday; over all down 6.9kg)
• Body fat percentage 25.1% (down 1.2% from yesterday; over all down 8.3%)
• Body fat mass 24 kg (down by 1.2kg from yesterday; over all down by 11kg)
• Visceral fat 13 (same as yesterday; overall 3 down)
• Body water percentage 51.5% (1.1% up from yesterday; over all up by 2.9%)
• Muscle mass 68kg (up 1kg from yesterday; over all up by 2.5kg)
• Metabolic age 53 (down 4yrs from yesterday; overall down 15 yrs)

My metabolic age and my chronological age is finally aligned. 🙂
