There is something about a baby’s laughter that just get’s me smiling. When I watched these videos I thought to myself, why is it that we laugh less and less, the older we become. Very few adults keep up the great healthy habit of laughing heartily every day.
If it is true that you can literally laugh yourself healthy, why don’t we laugh more often? We sometimes take ourselves so seriously. The best advice I got in this regard is this:
Take what you do very serious, but don’t take yourself too serious.
My wife puts it like this: Lighten up and Live!
In this video Federer and Nadal can’t keep it together. A great example of two people who don’t take themselves too seriously, but when they “work” they are very serious!
