Must say the exercises are different from the ones I did with Andrew, a personal trainer I trained with 3 years ago. Initially there is a lot of emphasis on strengthening your core and stabilising muscles. I found out that my shoulders need a lot of strengthening. Might have to do with the way I sit and work. We skipped phase 1 and went straight to phase 2. Would not recommend that no matter what your abilities are. Lets just say we needed to go back to phase 1.
