Herbalife protein shake recipes do not come more delicious than the Cafe Mocha Chocolate Shake. Whether you are using the Herbalife nutritional products to lose weight, gain weight or maintain weight and good health, you will be using the core Herbalife product. The product that Mark Hughes started to sell out of the boot of his car in February 1980 when he founded Herbalife. The product that has been changing lives around the world for the past 33 years. That’s right. It is the Herbalife protein shake. Also known as the Formula 1 shake or the Herbalife Nutritional Protein Drink Mix.
Of all the Herbalife flavors, the Chocolate, or Dutch Chocolate flavor must be one of the all time favorites. Kids and adults all over the globe are enjoying different Herbalife protein shake recipes everyday, but the Coffee Mocha shake, or Cafe Mocha shake, must be a stand out.
Herbalife protein shake recipes – Cafe Mocha variants
That’s right. There are various different ways to make a Cafe Mocha Herbalife shake. The idea is to have it as enjoyable as possible. However, if you want to gain weight, you are going to use slightly different ingredients to someone who wants to lose weight.
When you want to lose weight, you simply replace two of your daily meals with a delicious Herbalife protein shake – just choose any from the range of Herbalife protein shake recipes. You will mix it in low fat milk and try to keep the calories of the shake down. In other words, you are not going to add anything with crazy calories to it…that will defeat the object. The Herbalife protein shake contains everything that your body needs in perfect balance, and mixing it with a low calorie substance like skimmed milk, will ensure that you get a full meal, highly nutritious, but in a low calorie form. This way you feel full, your body cells get optimum nutrition and you lose weight at the same time…magic. Just drink your Herbalife tablets three times a day and eat one normal meal, and you are on your way to lose all your unwanted kilos. This way, I personally have lost 36kg in six months!

Now, if you need to gain weight, you are going to do it slightly different. You are going to drink your Herbalife tablets still three times a day. But, you are going to have three Herbalife shakes and three normal meals. You have to however eat your normal meal first, then drink your shake and then drink your tablets. If you mess up this order, the shake will fill you up and you are not going to be hungry and therefore not going to eat your third meal, which you will need to gain weight.
The other big difference is this. If you need to gain weight, you are going to add to your Herbalife protein shake recipes ingredients that are high in calories like nutella, full cream milk, ice cream and full cream yogurts. Load it up as much as you want.
