Herbalife member retentionIt is no good recruiting new Herbalife members and new Herbalife distributors (Supervisors) if you do not know how to keep them. Herbalife member retention and Herbalife Distributor retention is not determined by luck. Sure, you cannot keep all people around all the time, but if you understand why people choose to stay, you would know what to focus on to improve your Herbalife Member Retention and your Herbalife Distributor Retention.

There are two foundational principles about sponsoring new Herbalife members and distributors and keeping them. Here they are:

  • People join you in your Herbalife business because they know, like or trust YOU.
  • People stay in your Herbalife business because they know, like or trust HERBALIFE.

It is your job as their sponsor to ensure that your new Herbalife members clear the second hurdle as soon as possible.

Most Herbalife sponsors are so happy when they sponsor a new member, they can’t wait to rush home and high five everybody. Thinking they have got it made. No my friends, sponsoring a new Herbalife member is only the first step.

The more important step is to get your new member to make an emotional connection with Herbalife as soon as possible; preferable within the first 72 hours of signing up. It is different for each person. Here are some of the ways in which to get your new Herbalife members to make that all important connection with Herbalife:

  • personal product results
  • personal business results (money in the pocket)
  • sponsoring their first new Herbalife member
  • qualifying to the Senior Consultant (35% discount level)
  • becomeing a Supervisor (50% discount level)
  • attending their first STS training
  • attending their first Extravaganza
  • seeing (meeting) other Herbalife distributors and listening to their results on the products and the business
  • building new relationships side-line
  • meeting their upline above their sponsors
  • regular face-to-face contact with their sponsor
  • working with their downline
  • promotions to their group
  • This list is not exhaustive

You get the idea. A lot of effort, time and money goes into sponsoring new Herbalife members. Is it not time you start putting in some effort, time and money to keep them?
