I’ve moved from “OBESE” to “OVERFAT”
π I had to smile when I saw the Tanita results this morning. Apparently I’m no longer obese. I’m now only “overfat”. I suppose it’s a polite way of saying, “hang in there, you are moving in the right direction. You are not there yet, though, so push on.” π
This morning was also measurement day. No sparks, but every little bit helps, right?
My measurements this morning at 7h20 (14 February 2023):
- chest (over the nipples) 113.5cm (overall 3.5cm down)
- waist (over the navel) 110 cm (overall 6cm down)
- hips (20cm down from my navel, legs together) 113cm (overall 1cm down)
- the βrollβ (5cm below my navel) 111 cm (overall 5cm down)
- So overall, Iβve lost 15.5cm in three weeks time.
Here are my Tanita results as at 7h14 this morning:
- Weight 98.5 kg (down 500g from yesterday; over all down 4kg)
- Body fat percentage 27.7% (down 1.4% from yesterday; over all down 6.1%)
- Body fat mass 27.3 kg (down by 1.5kg from yesterday; over all down by 6.3kg)
- Visceral fat 14 (same; overall 2 down)
- Body water percentage 49.9% (up 0.7% from yesterday; over all up by 1.5%)
- Muscle mass 67.7 kg (up by 1kg from yesterday; over all up by 2.2kg)
- Metabolic age 62 (down by 6yrs from yesterday; overall down 6yrs)
So, this next week is my 4th week and will also be my last contribution to my 1st month’s reshaping results. I’m a bit tentative as I know there is a disruption in my routine coming up this week, as we are going on a beach holiday for 7 days. It will however be a good test for my new habits. I should be able to follow my new healthier lifestyle where ever I am, right? Well, I suppose we have to wait and see. π
