Herbalife24 Personal Challenge – measurements
As we embark on this new journey (this sounds very serious), we need to find out where we are, where do we want to go, how we are going to get there and most importantly why we are doing it.
We have been blessed with good health and we have now decided to become fitter and healthier by having a Herbalife24 Personal Challenge. We are planning on going from flab, yes its visible on the before pics, to fab! No swimwear – the blogging would probably stop immediately after posting it ;-), but workout gear that shows how the Herbalife24 DVD can definitely do some further good. It’s coming……
Herbalife24 Personal Challenge – our thoughts on the products?
Regarding the Herbalife products – we like it, we trust it, so it makes sense for us to continue with the Herbalife24 products for this transformation. We will most probably be using the normal range as well. Our aim with this Herbalife programme, is to benefit ourselves, but also to find out things like:
– how easy can we fit this programme into a normal busy family lifestyle –
– will the Herbalife24 fit DVD set actually give us the results we are looking for
– is this sustainable – meaning, can we maintain this programme (nutrition and programme) after our challenge
So basically, can the average Joe Blog do this…..
Herbalife24 Personal Challenge – Your statistics
It will be helpful to have a few statistics before you embark on the Herbalife24 Personal Challenge – how does your point A look like: Follow this link – http://www.herbalife.co.uk/ and go to the right side of the page and fill in your details and get your personal results.
Ok, how did you feel with that BMI calculator tallying up……So now you have found out your BMI……..and it says obese…. But do you remember this picture?
Your BMI does not take your body composition into consideration. No muscle mass, bone mass, water mass, fat content….. So if you really want to know your body composition, then you will have to get someone to do a body analysis for you. If you have a Tanita scale, then you can get that information.
Now measure yourself. The tape measure should fit around your body loosely, just tight enough to get the measurement. You should be able to slide a finger under the band and still be able to loosely move the tape measure a few centimetres left to right. It should not be tight. Why should you measure yourself, because we have found customers would get on the scale and the needle didn’t move, but they have lost centimetres (fat) which is not always apparent to them. Then they get depressed. Once you have weighed yourself, put the scale away. Here’s a picture of where to measure yourself.
In our next blog we will chat about the different measurements and statistics. We hope to learn new things we haven’t discovered before and obviously share it with you.
