Okay, so if you choose to try and do it on your own, without the help of our miracle diet program, this is what you need to do:

You will have to understand this process and actively take charge over your diet.

  • Step 2 – Determine your goal weight.
  • Step 3 – Determine your current daily energy requirements (to maintain your current weight).
  • Step 4 – Determine what your daily energy requirements will be at your goal weight. (This is the BIG secret to your permanent weight loss.)
  • Step 5 – Determine your protein factor.
  • Step 6 – Work out your daily, weekly and monthly diet program, ensuring that your daily calorie intake is below your current daily energy requirements and ensuring that you do meet your protein factor lean protein requirements. (See protein factor calculator above.)
  • Step 7 – Adjust your diet program every month, reducing your daily calorie intake until finally your daily calorie intake matches the daily calorie intake of your goal weight. However, do nut cut on your calculated protein intake.
  • Step 8 – Congratulate yourself for reaching your goal weight. Maintain this daily calorie intake to remain on your goal weight permanently.

Note: Even though you will be healthier no doubt, and look better no doubt, you will not have the same results as someone who are using our “miracle” diet program.

When you are using our program, we will help you with steps 3-5, and then customize your program to reach your goals in accordance with your body’s particular needs.
