What about exercise?
- Well, as you know, exercise is doctor recommended. However, if you only want to lose weight, the “miracle diet” is more than enough for you.
- I will show you how you can use this “miracle diet” not only to lose weight, but to reach your ideal weight and keep it off permanently.
- The fact is I did not do any exercise other than normal walking until I lost about 25kg. By that time I had more energy and vitality than ever before. It was as if my body “wanted” to exercise. It really came easy to start exercising at that time.
What will happen if I exercise and use the “miracle diet” at the same time?
Remember the “fat burning process” and the role that your lean muscle cells play? Well, if you exercise from the beginning while using the miracle diet, you will build lean muscle tissue faster than otherwise.
What does this mean?
- You will increase your metabolic rate (the rate at which your body burn energy).
- You will lose body fat faster.
- You will reshape your body faster.Initially however, you will not start losing weight immediately, as muscle cells weigh about twice as much as fat cells. You will therefore notice centimeter/inch loss around your waist, thighs, arms, neck etc., but the scale will not necessarily start the downward process.
- Knowing this is of vital importance, as a lot of people will get discouraged if they jump on the scale after the first week of using the miracle diet and exercise, and only notice a weight loss of about 0.5kg (1 pound).
- If they are not well-informed/educated about the process, they might be so discouraged as to quit.
- If however they measured themselves before they got started, they will be pleasantly surprised, as they would have lost quite a few centimeters/inches of body fat already!
