Day 14: Is your weight problem a disease? 

The World Health Organization’s statistics show that the world population is getting more and more obese. But you know that. Just walk in the streets of any city in the world and you will realise that your weight problem is not unique to you. Millions of people are suffering from obesity.

What is your philosophy about your weight problem? In other words, what knowledge, skill and attitude do you have to combat your weight problem? Most people think that being overweight is a disease. It is not. Being overweight is just the symptom. The underlying disease is causing your weight problem. Solve your underlying disease, and your weight problem will take care of itself.

In this video, the cure is provided…Without curing the problem, no amount of weight loss will do you any good, because once you return to normal life, you will just regain that weight…and more. Losing the weight is like sticking on a band aid. It is treating the symptom, instead of treating the disease.

You’ve got to be smarter than that. I think you are….
