To celebrate my success in forming a new healthy habit over the last 21 days, I decided to help you do the same. Over the next 21 days you and I are going to change your life. One step at a time. I have created a very simple 3 minute healthy habit challenge. The purpose of this little challenge is simply to prove to you that you can form a new habit in 21 days. Furthermore, the purpose is to show you how you have improved over just 21 days.
Changing your life for the better start with cultivating one habit at a time. Let me help you by teaching you, showing you and then doing it with you. If you experience your own personal success in something small like this, and see how you changed your life in just 21 days, your belief system will be boosted. Thereafter you can literally change your life at will.

When you embark on this simple and easy to do healthy habit challenge, I want you to pay attention to this:
21 Day Healthy Habit Challenge
You will need:
- 3 minutes per day
- to write down your commitment
- make your commitment public
- post your results every day
I will make it easy for you as follows:
- You can do the “writing down” and “public commitment” by posting it in the comment section below this video.
- In the comments below this post, just say your name, commit publicly to this little 21 day challenge and then write today’s numbers down.
- (If you see this post at a later date, no problem. Just write something like “I commit to do it. Today is my first day. My number is…”)
- Then, for the next 21 days I will obviously carry on with my 90 day video blogging series. Just log in the day of the challenge you are on and your number for the day below that day’s blog post in the comment section. E.g. Day 3 – 11
- I will start the process with my first comment below. Just follow what I did.
The 3 minute a day healthy habit challenge (push-ups)
Here it is. Each day, for the next 21 days, fall on the floor and start doing as many push-ups as you possibly can within 3 minutes. You need a timer. If you crash out before the time is over, like I did this morning 🙂 , just rest a while and then carry on until the 3 minutes is up.
You are not competing with me or anybody else. Let’s say you haven’t been into push-ups lately, and the best you can do is 7. Then 7 it is. It is not where you start that counts. It is where you finish after 21 days. Tomorrow you might surprise yourself and do 8.
Here is the deal. If you go from 7 to 25 in 21 days and I go from 33 to 50 in 21 days, you have made a much bigger improvement than I did. But it is not about that. It is about you. You improving you. You proving to yourself that doing push-ups for only 3 minutes per day (no time at all!) is a healthy habit you can form. It will transform your health in ways that only you will discover in the end.
