If you would like to first send your online prospects to a Lead Capture Page where the visitor will have to provide their email address before they can get access to your Herbalife Sales Page, you would require List Building Software. The difference is explained like this:
Let’s say you have a shop in the mall. A customer walks in, look at what you have to offer, browse a bit, and then walks out. That customer may or may not return. You will never know.
Your online Sales Page is like this shop. A visitor will browse around and may or may not join your business right away. If they leave the page, they may or may not be back.
In both scenario’s you do not know who the customer is or where to contact them.
If however you first have a lead capture page, which asks the visitor to provide his name and email address, then it does not matter whether she ever comes back to your page again, because you can send her a follow up email, thanking her for stopping by your website and taking a look at your opportunity. Better yet, this can be done via automated emails on your behalf. This is equivalent to a very good salesman who would approach your customer whilst browsing and asking if there is something specific that the customer is looking for. And if you don’t stock it, this clever salesman asks the customer’s name and contact details to let her know when the item is back in stock.
Lead Capture page
It is the starting point of your very own Online Sales Funnel System. A new person who lands on your Lead Capture Page will have the option to leave his name and email address in order to gain access to the rest of the information. Once they do that, two things happen.
Their email address goes onto your unique leads list which is preloaded with automated emails, which will follow up on your new lead over the days to come and to supply him/her with more information to decide whether to either join you in your Herbalife business, or to opt-out from your list. In advertising, it usually takes about 7 exposures before someone makes up their mind one way or the other.
Secondly, the moment they enter their name and email address on your Lead Capture Page, they go into your unique Herbalife sales funnel where they will be given more information and shown how to sign up as a Herbalife distributor in your team. They are then prompted to go to their Email Inbox, where they will find their sponsor’s details (yours), which they will need to become a Herbalife distributor.

Why not include Lead Capture Pages and List Building?
Two reasons:
- To protect our integrity. Initially EZHealthBiz was created for one team only, but we had lots of requests from other Herbalife distributors, who are in other teams, who wanted to make use of our system and in order to avoid any sideline or upline conflict, each distributor must take responsibility for building his own list.
- To do the right thing by you. If you know anything about Internet marketing, you would know that your list is an asset. Therefore, it would not be morally or ethically right for us to let you build our list – espicially if you are in a different Herbalife line to us. The right thing to do is for you to build your own list.
The good news for you is that most List Building Software do include Lead Capture Page buiding capabilities which are easy to create and link back to your Herbalife Sales Page.

If you do not want to create your own lead capture page, or could not be bothered, or want to do it later, no problem. At least you have your Sales Page which you can promote in the interim. If you are making use of the FREE methods of driving online traffic, then there is no harm done in referring them directly to your sales page.
As a matter of fact, you might be better off that way, because a poor converting lead capture page can cost you many potential distributors who never get to see your sales page. Select “link” and “add link”. Now just copy and paste your Lead Capture page url (www.ezhealthbiz.com/yourusername) in there, and it will put the link in.
- Promote your Lead Capture Link on your social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, Twitter etc. For example, in your Facebook status, just simply copy and paste your lead capture page url in there, and it will automatically link. Now write something personal that will get your Facebook friends to actually go and have a look. Do not just paste the link without saying anything. That way it will be seen as a spamming post. Make it personal.
- Write blogs and refer/promote back to your Lead Capture Page. (Highly recommended. Every blog post that you write, acts like a silent salesman that works for you 24/7….for ever! You do the work once, and it serves as a permanent advertisement. It’s therefore worthwhile to learn to blog properly. The good thing is you can always go back later to fix up your blog in order to improve it…or simply write more!)
- Make use of free advertising sites like Craigslist.
Paid strategies
- There are literally thousands of online sites where you can pay for advertising space. You simple decide what you can afford to use for an advertising budget, and then choose where you want to advertise and how you want to do it.
- When it comes to paid advertising, know this: There are no guarantees. If your add campaign works, great! If it doesn’t, no problem. Learn as much from it as possible and choose a different strategy.
Building your Herbalife Business via online methods takes time. Be patient and be consistent.
With a 1% sign up ratio, every 1 in 100 visitors to your site who leaves their name and email address will join your new business. The quality of your leads will determine how high or low your “new distributor conversion rate” will be.
