- Body fat mass 26.3 kg (up by 100g from yesterday; over all down by 9kg)
- Visceral fat 13 (same as yesterday; overall 3 down)
- Body water percentage 50.1% (down 0.4% from yesterday; over all up by 1.2%)
- Muscle mass 66.7kg (up by 600g from yesterday; over all up by 1.2 kg)
- Metabolic age 61 (same as yesterday; overall down 7 yrs)
