Tanita Body Scanner results this morning:
- Weight 95.5 kg (down 600g from yesterday; over all down 7kg)
- Body fat percentage 27.5% (up 1.2% from yesterday; over all down 6.3%)
- Body fat mass 26.3 kg (up by 1kg from yesterday; over all down by 9kg)
- Visceral fat 13 (same as yesterday; overall 3 down)
- Body water percentage 49.9% (down 0.8% from yesterday; over all up by 1%)
- Muscle mass 65.8kg (down by 1.5kg from yesterday; over all up by 300g)
- Metabolic age 62 (up 5 yrs from yesterday; overall down 6 yrs)
Happy with the body weight result; not happy with most of the rest. Hopefully it’s just part of the “rhythm of life”, or more particularly the rhythm of my body.
