Motivation to lose weight and reshape your body
Today is Friday, 17 February 2023 and it’s the 26th day of my challenge to lose weight and reshape my body using Herbalife Nutrition products and exercise.
To lose weight and reshape your body you need a desire to do it and motivation.
Without a sense of urgency, desire loses its value.

Don’t worry if “they” don’t want to do it with you. You can do it with or without them. Obviously it is always nicer when people come together for a common cause or challenge. And yes, it does make it easier and the motivation comes from different directions, but you don’t have to wait for it. If your iron is hot, strike!
Here are this morning’s Tanita Body Scanner results as at 7h54:
- Weight 97.8 kg (down 500g from yesterday; over all down 4.7kg)
- Body fat percentage 28.2% (down 0.3% from yesterday; over all down 5.6%)
- Body fat mass 27.5 kg (down by 500g from yesterday; over all down by 6.1kg)
- Visceral fat 14 (same; overall 2 down)
- Body water percentage 49.6% (up 0.1% from yesterday; over all up by 1.2%)
- Muscle mass 66.8kg (down by 100g from yesterday; over all up by 1.3kg)
- Metabolic age 64 (down by 1yrs from yesterday; overall down 4 yrs)
