• Body fat percentage 26.5% (up 0.4% from yesterday; over all down 7.3%)
• Body fat mass 25.3 kg (up by 400g from yesterday; over all down by 10kg)
• Visceral fat 13 (same as yesterday; overall 3 down)
• Body water percentage 50.6% (0.2% down from yesterday; over all up by 1.7%)
• Muscle mass 66.9kg (down 300g from yesterday; over all up by 1.4kg)
• Metabolic age 58 (up 2 yrs from yesterday; overall down 10 yrs)
