Sustainable weight loss with good nutrition and exercise
So far this weekend, so good. I’m fighting hard to get back on track. It’s not always easy, but I’m getting there. Day by day. Shake by shake and exercise session by exercise session. Hydration is key. Keep those non-calorie fluids (preferably water) coming.
Thank you to everyone who checks in on my progress (or lack thereof) every now and again. Much appreciated. You help to keep me accountable. I kid you not; if it wasn’t for publicly recording my Tanita results, I am not so sure that I would have persisted at times. The accountability is a must. It forces you to keep going when you want to quit on yourself. So, thank you.
Here are my Tanita results from this morning as at 8.12am:
- Weight 96.1 kg (up 100g from yesterday; over all down 6.4kg)
- Body fat percentage 26.2% (down 0.9% from yesterday; over all down 7.6%)
- Body fat mass 25.1 kg (down by 900g from yesterday; over all down by 10.2kg)
- Visceral fat 13 (same as yesterday; overall 3 down)
- Body water percentage 50.8% (up 0.6% from yesterday; over all up by 1.9%)
- Muscle mass 67.4kg (up 800g from yesterday; over all up by 1.9kg)
- Metabolic age 57 (down 3 yrs from yesterday; overall down 11 yrs)
