What is your “job” as a Network Marketer?

“Hey hold it! Hold it one minute! I thought I am working for myself as an independent distributor?”

You are. You are your own boss. You decide what and how you want to do your business, as long as you remain inside the parameters of your company’s rules and regulations.

I recently did a blog post about the Herbalife Rules. These are the guidelines to protect you, your fellow network marketers and the company.

So, what is your job as a network marketer?

It is simply this:

Use the products and love them.
Share and recommend your product to others.
Sponsor others into the business.

Yes, it is that simple. Not always easy, but that simple.

How does the Herbalife Marketing Plan compensates you for your efforts?

Firstly, you buy your own products at a discount ranging from 25% – 50%.

Secondly, you earn retail profits on the sales to people to whom you shared and recommended your products.

Thirdly, you earn wholesale commissions on the products purchased by the people you sponsored into the business (if you are on a higher discount level than them).

Fourthly, you can earn royalty commissions of up to 5% on the purchases of the people you sponsored into the business if you are both on the maximum 50% discount, three levels deep.

Lastly, you can earn further production bonuses on the purchases of your whole organisation, provided that you have met all the qualifications for these additional 2%, 4% and 6% bonuses.

Basically, we all want to be happy, healthy, reasonably prosperous and live a good life. Right? Is that too much to ask?

No, it is not. As long as we know how to get what we want. We can approach our success in one of two ways: we can hope for success (the lottery ticket mentality) or we can plan for it. I will share my plan with you below. It is a simple plan that anyone can do, if they really want to. And yes, the plan does allow you to eventually tap into all the income streams the Herbalife marketing plan has to offer.

How do I become part of a Herbalife team?

You need a sponsor. Someone who is already in Herbalife. When you find a sponsor, you need his/her Herbalife ID number and their name. With that you can head over to the www.myherbalife.com website where you can apply to become a Herbalife member online.

If you live in a country where online sponsoring is not available yet, just ask your sponsor to assist you. You basically just need to call the Herbalife Member Services in your country, tell them you want to join and provide them with your sponsor’s name and Herbalife ID number and they will help you to enroll from there.

When you apply, you create your own username and password to log into your very own myherbalife.com website from where you can run your Herbalife business – from learning the basics to buying products.

Each new Herbalife distributor receives a unique Herbalife ID number. Herbalife uses this number to track your business worldwide for you. This is also the Herbalife ID number you will provide to the people that you sponsor into the business.
