You need to take time to sharpen the saw. If not, you become ineffective. If you rest well, you can work well.
Your body needs to rest. If not, you make yourself vulnerable to the attacks from illness and disease. Taking great cellular nutrition, exercise, fresh water AND REST. That’s the recipe.
