It’s funny how you never really notice gaining weight…it is as if the weight is creeping up on you, and then “bam”, one morning you wake up and you realise you are fat. Then the battle to get rid of it starts…a battle that almost always end up with me being on the losing end…and no, not weight.
Until one day, when my dad walked into my office. He was in a hurry.
He just plonked a strange looking box on my desk and said:
“There is some stuff in the box. They say it really works. I want you to try it out. See if it works.”
That night I started on the products in the box. There were also three cassette tapes:

I was only interested in the first one. Being a lawyer, I was not into selling weight loss products or building distributorships, but I was interested in losing weight fast. So what have changed?
