A healthy grocery list must include grains. Apart from switching from white bread to whole wheat and from white rice to brown rice, what can you do?

In this video, some nice grain salad ideas are shared to complement your main meal, or your third meal if you are on the Herbalife weight loss program. I always used to say, my main meal does not need to be quantity, but quality.

 

 

What does your healthy grocery list look like?

With a healthy grocery list you can ensure to eat quality foods in your main meal. Food that will satisfy your body, your taste buds and your mind.

 

By now, if you have read some of our articles, you will know that Herbalife is all about cellular nutrition. Your nutrition must have the ability to give your body cells the nutrition it needs on a daily basis to be healthy and function at an optimum level.

Don’t cut out, just cut back. If your third meal was usually junk food, we recommend you reconsider. At least don’t eat it all the time. Why? It’s high in calories and if you want to lose weight, you don’t need those high calorie foods which is void of nutritional value any way. Rather have something of substance like a nice cut of prime beef, nice vegetables and brown rice. Enjoy that with a (one)  glass of red wine and you have a classy, satisfying main meal, and losing weight all the same!

 

Who said losing weight should be unpleasant??? Get rid of that idea. With a healthy grocery list and some planning you can crank out some really delicious, satisfying meals.
