Forgiveness is a life skill that breaks you free from any negative events in your past.

Master the skill of forgiving yourself and others, and your future will be better, brighter, more peaceful and filled with love.  

In this video I share a simple strategy how you can acquire this power of forgiving yourself and others. It is a power. You hold that power. You do not need other people’s forgiveness. But you do need your own.

Exercise: Forgiving yourself and others NOW

forgiving yourself firstThe art of forgiving yourself and others is such an important life skill, that you really should not procrastinate. If you haven’t done so yet, do this now:

  • Make two lists.
  • One list for the people who have wronged you in the past.
  • The second list for the things that you have done in the past that you need to forgive yourself for.
  • Now go through each list, from top to bottom, and speak your forgiveness out loud.
  • Example: John Doe, I forgive you for breaking and entering my house and stealing my mountain bike…
  • After you have spoken your forgiveness, take a pen and scratch it out. Do this with every item on both lists.
  • Thereafter you either burn, or tear that piece of paper into a million pieces and throw it away.
